Fourth, always verify and challenge AI-generated output. Blind trust in AI correlates directly with reduced critical thinking. Actively questioning, verifying, and modifying AI suggestions keeps the brain engaged in the cognitive process.

The study has important limitations that warrant consideration. Only 18 of the original 54 participants completed the fourth session, meaning the findings are preliminary and require further testing.
